    Cute rooms, expensive parking
    Cute rooms and facilities. Clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. Also easy walking distance to a Whole Foods where you can pick up breakfast in the morning.
    Parking was excessively expensive. Also didnt feel like the concierge was super helpful to the person in front of me during check-in when there was a problem with their payment. The man was essentially turned away without the employee even trying to run his card again. So that left me with a bad feeling about the place even though my check-in was easy.

    It was very disappointing and unpleasant!
    The location.
    The rooms are old and dirty, no shampoo or soap for first three days of our stay we had to purchase our own, no keycard to the room for the first week of our stay, it was very INCONVENIENT to be escorted to our room every time we came back and no compensation for this inconvenience was offered. If it was not for the cancellation policy we would have definitely moved to a new hotel.

    Furniture in the room: for two double beds, we have only one chair in the room. Not two chairs.
    The hotel is located near the city center, in a quiet and pleasant place. There are several grocery stores nearby with a wide variety of food. The hotel's restaurant is cozy. Sometimes we met very nice people among the workers. I especially remember a guy named Fabrizio and those who work with him at the same time.
    In 5 days, our room has never been cleaned. Gronichnaya does not speak or understand English. The towels were replaced only once, at my special request.
