    Very enjoyable and close to most key sites
    Quality breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. Great Schinzel restaurant on ground floor.
    Room was a bit smaller than expected and had minimum storage capacity and no tea or coffee making facilities

    An upmarket hostel with inexperienced front desk staff.
    Location & cleanliness
    Inexperienced staff, lack of courtesy from front desk staff and gaslighting from Manager. Open roomed showers in bedroom led to condensation and overheatingneeded to open windows in order to make it bearable.

    The hotel is amazing, its location is perfect, in the heart of Vienna and the staff made our stay incredible! They were extremely helpful and kind, they prepared a small surprise for my birthday which made my day! All of them are always very polite and positive, smiling and welcoming! The hotel is very clean, well organised and comfortable!!!

    Location is fantastic
    Too small room No wardrobe in the room. Only 3 hangers Literally no space to arrange items for 3 nights trip Slow check in - I reached at midnight and the agent at the check in took too long, obviously he didnt know to do stuff on the system and kept going inside to ask his colleagues and coming

    God but the staff are exceptionally rude this time.
    Have stayed here 5-6 times as the property is very good. Location is great, decor is nice, schnitzel restaurant is the best in Austria and the breakfast is amazing.
    Rude staff!!!! Austrians are self proclaimed rude but some of the staff are exceptionally rude. It almost spoiled my stay due to rude staff at check in.
