Guests praised Grand Hotel Parker's for its spacious and functional rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and amazing views during sunrise. They highly recommended enjoying breakfast while watching the (Read More)sunrise and visiting the lounge and Muse restaurant. The hotel's recent renovation added modern upgrades and a luxurious atmosphere. Guests felt extremely safe walking around the neighborhood and appreciated the hotel's location, which provided easy access to restaurants and shops. The � la carte breakfast menu and Michelin-starred Georges restaurant were highlights, and room service pizza was excellent. The exceptional service, welcoming staff, and beautiful views made the hotel a perfect oasis in Naples.

Friendly staff, very helpful with recommendations Lovely room, spacious with great view. Nice amenities in the room. Also quiet at night. Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view.

The view from the hotel is fabulous- also from the bar and restaurant on the top floor. A 180 view of the bay of a Naples including Vesuvius.

This hotel is very old and in desperate need of updating. Its a five star hotel technically it theres really nothing at all five star about it. The rooms are old and it shows and the beds arent even comfortable. I will add that it also wasnt that clean.

Good stay in Naples

The hotel clearly prides itself on providing high levels of service, which overall we did experience during our stay. We were allocated our room early, at 1pm, which we very much appreciated. The 6th floor restaurant was decent value for money for food - 12 for a caprese salad and 20 ish for a bowl of pasta, much more reasonable than the Amalfi coast where we had travelled from. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, it was excellent!!! High quality yogurts and fruit and pastries, lots of coffee and different varieties of eggs - which we loved. You just need to request items like salmon, ham, cheese and they appeared. Very impressed with the offering and the service was warm and friendly.

The room was very tired looking, almost shabby. It badly needed repainting and freshening up. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were incredibly hard so we both had neck ache travelling home the next day. There wasnt any coffee machine or any tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, which wed expect for 5*. Previous hotels in Italy had this. The shower was a bit disappointing. Impossible to get under the waterfall head, and very fiddly with 4 different nozzles to turn, which were dirty when we arrived. The service in the rooftop bar wasnt good. 18 per drink but we had to sit on wet sofa cushions, and it took 25 minutes to get a drink. The location was a bit of a way into Naples historical centre. We walked for 40 minutes in the heat and the fumes and noise of this bustling city was overwhelming. Once we broke off from the main roads into the side streets it got a bit better but was still a very long way to walk there and back. Probably expected a bit more for the 400+ euros we spent, but I think the breakfast was the redeeming feature!
