Great views. Staff needs training in finesse.
Great room with two bathrooms. Great pool and spa area. Spectacular rooftop w views over the city at night.
Its completely unacceptable that guess have to go to the lobby and queue ina line with external people to use the stop. concierge needs to be able to provide city tourism guidance. Bad public bathrooms.

Huge hotel but many small things don't really work
Huge modern hotel in the most modern part of town. It really feels like an oasis to arrive to the hotel after spending the day around town.
There were many small things that didn't really work at our room. The A/C didn't really cool the room. The room door doesn't really close after leaving the room. The bathroom door doesn't really close either, it's one of those places where if your partner has to do his thing in the bathroom you hear it in the room. Even though we were at a really high floor (35th) you could still hear noise from the street below. It felt as a hotel for conventions or weddings but not really for a couple visiting the town for tourism.

Perfect city staycation splurge!
Location was near malls and restaurants. It was easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. The staff were all very friendly. We dined mostly at the Club Floor lounge. The suite was perfect for a family of 4. We had one dinner at their 60th floor restaurant. Food was great!
