All and all a nice comfortable stay
Love the view from are room! The kids loved the nature trails to the ocean
The hotel pool was under construction but we did go in the off season. Figured the other pool would of been heated

Bed was comfortable. Room spacious amd clean. No way to open windows for fresh air.
On departure there was an wedding festivities that took place in front of hotel. Hotel blocked off front of hotel and entire driveway. Taxis had no access to the hotel. Had to lug heavy suitcases down the long driveway to get to taxis. Hotel could of had wedding participants limited to the very front of hotel or the huge area behind hotel. No doorman or auto door openers for front hotel. Doors were very heavy and difficult to open. Went to get coffee earlier in the morning...asked for spoon ....given set of plastic cutlery. Thats fine for Ramada but NOT the Grand Hyatt Hotel
Overall my stay felt cheap and a bad value . Is this what the Hyatt value has come down to?

Sight was very beautiful
The pricing of the room didn't match the looks or comfort. Walls are very thin so I heard every event at the hotel and housekeeping cleaning every morning so i couldn'tget any good sleep the whole weekend. The hall ways smelled like sewer.

Enjoyable, short visit. I would come back for a leisure stay with the family and not a solo traveler.
Staff are always friendly and facility is pristine. I also enjoy the variety of equipment in the gym.
Location getting in and out is a little confusing do to all the construction and highway road signs. You have to know to stay to the right!
