Perfect location!

The welcoming and helpful staff, the perfect location.

Although the room was fine, the bathroom was not what is expected of this kind of hotel. Small, and could need some maintenance (paint chipping off the wall and door)

Comfortable stay, and a great value for location.

Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Great location, steps away from dining and shopping. Short commute to landmarks and museums by car. Parking at the hotel was convenient. I was able to reserve the hotel parking online before arriving - which made it easy as I only had to scan a QR code at the entrance. Parking for two days at this hotel was about $60 - I found this fair as most places around had similar pricing, and the garage had an elevator that took us directly to the lobby. I also like that they have a Starbucks inside.

Treated with respect, timeliness was adhered and a warm and exceptional environment.

The hotel was very clean, e travagant and accompanied with friendly staff members. I loved the restaurant food and atmosphere. I was given as much complimentary bottles of water which was so important. Overall my entire stay was magnificent!! 5 star ratings.

We got lost after our tour guide let us out and walked the opposite direction and it started to rain. That was a much inconvenience for me, but not the hotel's fault. It was on us. Directional delusion.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Good location, was within walking distance of many shops and to the Capital One Arena. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, and having a Starbucks attached to the hotel was a great plus. Front desk employees were very friendly and welcoming. Mini fridge in room was a good size. Bed was comfortable to me, and liked the pillows, were very comfortable.

Parking was pricey if done through the hotel, was able to get cheaper parking in a garage across from the hotel that was very nice. Room was clean, but there were a few stains that caught my eye immediately, but I am a germaphobe so I am especially bothered by things like that. Layout of room was a bit weird, kinda a tight fit to get to the other side of bed. Bathroom didn't have a fan, so hot showers left a lot of steam in the bathroom. Last room issue was with the tv, was very slow software wise.

Great location for downtown events

Great location if attending a concert downtown. The room was very nice and had enough seating so friends could visit. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
