That everything was super convenient. With my elderly parents it was easy to get around and the restaurants were only a short walk away. And we loved the 8th floor hospitality room. Its nice when you have a late flight home.

Not much to complain about. Our tvs didnt screen mirror which we tried to do a couple of times but thats not much to worry about.

Nice hotel, but too many add on fees

The room was nice. Great bed. Good vies from the 28th floor. The beach had great snorkeling-lots of exotic fish. Pretty good location on the end of Waikiki, so it's a bit out of the main foot traffic of that area.

There is very little shade at the pools and no umbrellas unless you want to rent a shaded chez lounge for $120(!!!) per day. Same at the beach - you had to rent umbrellas and chairs if you wanted to stay out of the burning sun. For this kind of hotel, I expect that to be free. Also parking is $75 per night! And a hot dog by the pool was $22. Felt like every chance they get they overcharge you for extras.

Staff especially housekeeping did a great job

Room was not ready as had requested no feather or down, for 1 and 1/2 hour. Pool staff very lazy. Towels were terrible.

The hotel is very pricey and didnt provide breakfast as stated otherwise okay.

Bathroom needs crab bars for both the shower and the jacuzzi. We asked for lower floor and closed suites on same floors they didnt follow through as promised.
