    Easy access for wheel chair, views were fabulous. Balcony wonderful. Restaurants and a great store at location.
    Unless you stay a week they don't do any cleaning and you hsve to put old towels snd trash outside your door if you want picked up. They don't exactly tell you thst way.

    Really great location and wonderful friendly staff. Beds are comfortable. Valet parking very well operated
    Very old and dilapidated, could do with a revamp. We booked a king Seaview room with our upgrades and was told booking.com did not give them the right information so we ended up with a standard double room and partial sea view. Not happy with that and according to Richelle at the front desk, no other rooms available.

    Great price for a great location and property. Very good restaurant and shops on main floor. Did not try fancy restaurant on top floor. Wonderful lady in the travel business printed an email attachment for me after finding hotel staff could not do so. Cannot blame them; hotel should be able to provide this service.
    The kitchenette was only stocked with the basics4 each eating utensils, large plates, small plates, etc. 3 very dull knives. Hade to freeze our own ice, probably because of no ice maker in the fridge. Older remodel of kitchen had illogical and hidden locations for light switches. No garbage disposal. BUT, the price was VERY good for the location. Just stuff to expect if you go there.

    I would not stay at any Ilikai properties again. If I wanted an airbnb I would have booked one
    the room was spacious.
    Maid service, Televison and air conditioning worked sometimes, I had to call for service on both

    Great stay in an iconic hotel.
    Well situated and great to be in an iconic hotel in Hawaii. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us some bubbly to help celebrate our anniversary. Of all the places we stayed during our stay in Hawaii, especially on Oahu, this felt like we were in Hawaii. Loved the ice-bream, nachos and water vouchers.
    The facilities are a bit dated now and need some refreshing.

    Perfect get Away
    I loveeee this location! It was perfect! I will definitely come back. The staff was really friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the valet staff! They made me feel so welcome, so I stayed another 5 days! Lol! I stayed at other hotels. But this was the best one yet! Thanks again for the amazing experience! See you guys soon :)

    Was a good option for a short stay (4 nights).
    Friendly and knowledgeable staff, full kitchen, large balcony.
    Pool water too warm (not refreshing). No daily room servicing.

    great area , nice scenery
    the floors of the room were filthy , the bottom of our feet would be nearly black just walking barefoot in it. bed sheets and curtains had stains .
