Nice short stay at Llandudno

Location was great and had a very spacious room lovely and warm and comfy and clean. Breakfast and evening meal was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly, will return very soon for another stay.

Very good value, lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, we had a lovely evening meal and a fabulous breakfast. All the staff were very welcoming. Parking was free and we walked to the town center to do some last minute Christmas shopping.

You can park your car easily.. clean, some staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Tables were full of empty glasses, although staff were sitting down on the tablets, customers helped clear the tables to help the only guy working behind the bar. Breakfast was 8 till 10 yet we turned up at 9.45 and everything had been cleared away. Need some staff this time of year as one was off on sick. No one would answer the phone which was constantly ringing to which one member of staff said they were full so we not answering... asked one member of staff if I had cleared our bill yet had an outstanding one which I had to pay Cancelled my next visit, staying elsewhere
