The location. Ideal for the surrounding area
The hotel lacked sufficient areas for the residents to relax and have a quiet moment of tranquillity with the warmth and comfort expected within this standard of hotels
Residents of this hotel resided to having to sit in corridors and general open areas or withdrawn to having to take time in their rooms to achieve this comfort . Walk in public seemed to be taking precedence over the paying staying guests.
The rooms lacked the standard of cleaning expected. We requested that our bed linen and matress cover be changed due to the stains on them , including a blood stained pillowcase.
The coffee making machine was full of redundant capsules and had not been cleaned for some time has was the case with the container the complimentary drink sachets and utensils.
The tv remote had no cover and the batteries constantly fell out.
In general the room needed a full deep clean to remove stains on doors, walls, dust from fixtures and fittings and remove the cobwebs from the bathroom.
We would not return to this hotel.

Fantastic, the staff and the food was really nice . The chef needs a big pat on the back .
Excellent location in the centre of town ,the staff where very friendly and welcoming. Free parking .
The layout of the room was a little disjointed. Some of the furniture didnt match the room
