    The proximity to the beach. It was very clean. The garden room was great and the landlord was very friendly and made us very welcome.

    Perfect location for exploring Falmouth and nearby coastal area
    Clean and comfortable. Very well located for both Falmouth harbour, town centre and beaches/ coast path. Car parking on site. Close to train station on the Truro to Falmouth Docks line . Very helpful and friendly owners
    Property was perfect for our visit in November but in high season car parking most likely be a problem as there are few spaces

    Wonderful, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
    Lovely hotel. Pleasant, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, and delicious breakfast.
    The times: a late check-in time of after 4pm, breakfast only between 8-9 and check-out by 10am, were rather rigid with no allowance for flexibility which was needed due to times of public transport.

    A traditional B&B with great breakfast and excellent location
    Lived up to all promises made on the B&B website. Excellent breakfast with fresh regional ingredients and great coffee, lovingly prepared by very friendly staff (guests pre-order the ingredients, which makes service also very fast). Very clean room, up one flight of stairs. Location is excellent; just up from the beautiful eponymous beach and coast walk, and the city center is also within walking distance (though it looks far on the map). Liked the bright lobby with seating and a large hiking map of the surrounding area. On our list for the next stay in Falmouth.
    First of all: we would definitely return, so these are just small quibbles: Our room was on the small side, though comfy; two persons with luggage need to arrange things carefully. the bathroom was similarly small. I would have liked if parking could have been prearranged more definitely; the owners confirmed it on a first-come first-served basis, and as we were arriving a bit before check-in, we were a bit apprehensive. In the end, it worked out well. One aspect that we noticed was the total absence of the owners; we were checked in and out by very competent and friendly staff. It would have been nice if they had dropped by, say, during breakfast just to give it a more homely feel, since all the correspondence was signed by them. One other quibble: apart from check-in and check-out times, the owners' section of the house is closed, and we were a bit at a loss where to ask questions or leave the breakfast selection list.

    gave us early check in as arrived early and room was ready. Everyone very friendly and place clean and comfy.
    Wasn't ultra keen on the sausage at breakfast neither was my mate but suppose that's just down to individual tastes.

    Great guest house close to Falmouth town centre
    Perfect place to stay for the night visiting Falmouth, clean, comfortable with a good breakfast in the morning. Easy and a quick walk into town, but in a quiet location at night. Great communication with owner prior to stay. Will stay again.
