So close to everything in Headingley, a lovely hotel with fabulous staff . Our go to hotel when visiting the area.

A charming B&B which was exceptionally clean and had wonderfully friendly staff.
The room was comfortable with a very homely feel, and the breakfast buffet was very tasty with a variety of hot and cold foods and options for juice, tea and/or coffee! They catered for my pork intolerance by providing vegetarian sausages which was no trouble for them.
The gentleman who was doing the cooking pipped out and was chatty and friendly with all guests and pre warned us all when they were getting ready to turn the hot plate off, he also offered us leftover croissants to wrap up and take home.

For us, the location couldn't be better. Ideal for our needs, but it's actually sited right in the heart of Headingly, but 2 minutes away from the noise of it. Staff always very pleasant, hotel lovely & traditional - proud of it's heritage. Rooms always clean & comfortable. Free parking always a plus in a large city too. Nice that breakfast is included, not an "extra".
