    Beautiful and interesting building. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great.Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Location was great for headingly and buses into the city. Coffee lounge to hang out in before checking out.
    TV was very small and too high up on the wall to watch (didn't bother us as we didn't want to watch anything). Had to have breakfast by 9am, a bit of a struggle to get up!

    Excellent value for money with friendly and efficient staff.
    Fabulous and friendly staff always willing to help. Great breakfast in a lovely beamed room. Very clean. Excellent free parking. Quiet area with pleasant grounds. Uber to Leeds centre between 7 to 12 depending on time!
    There was only one issue. Im sure my room must have been above the boiler room as there was a constant humming. Because it was constant it was bearable, similar to listening to the hum of an aeroplanes engine.

    Great place to stay for exploring Leeds.
    Lovely old building, friendly staff, room was clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. Great location for exploring Leeds.
    For me nothing to dislike, it was perfect for my stay in Leeds.

    Great value 'economy' option for staying in the Headingly area of Leeds
    Fantastic value for money for the night. Free parking and late arrival (10pm) were useful when I visited my daughter who is at uni nearby. Buffet hot and cereal breakfast was lovely - much better eggs than Premier Inn!
    The lighting in the room was harsh - a bit clinical, go for warm white bulbs in the bedside lamp when they next need changed. :) The room was clean and functional. When I arrived it was cold but the radiators quickly took the chill off, albeit a noisy radiator. The duvet was very thin so I decided to keep the heating going overnight and woke up with the classic dry throat from a warm hotel room stay. Although there were things I would improve ir was exceptional value for money to have a clean, warm room and breakfast for only a little over 60.

    Good price, great staff, nice large rooms, good location
    The room was clean and served us well, as did the breakfast on offer which was a big spread and more than enough on offer if you were particularly hungry. The food is a hot breakfast if that is what you prefer, or there is something simpler. The grounds were really nice, and the building has alot of character.
    honestly all was well and I would go there again.
