Constantly running toilet in my room; items on the floor left by previous guest; no food available in the evening when I arrived; breakfast barely warm and no eggs available.

Breakfast was fine

Room was tiny Beds hard Staff so unhelpful Teenagers running up and down corridor making noises 1.30 am went on for hours Tried to call reception numerous times no answer Manager wasn't interested when confronted next morning This place is getting worse !!

Enjoyed our stay would probably return if we visited Leeds again

Close to where we needed to be as we were visiting the Theatre Helpful staff arranging our taxis on evening & in the morning Breakfast was good would've preferred fried eggs as a preference to scrambled but good choice of food available for all Comfy bed,best sleep I'd had in a while!

Would've preferred a thicker duvet was ok should've asked for a blanket but didn't want to bother staff as its probably suitable for other guests,once I was asleep it was fine and slept really well as the bed v comfy so not really a fault just a preference.

Clean, large comfy beds, maintenance man very helpful

Breakfast not brilliant, we were on floor two and on NYE after getting in about 1am there was raucous on our floor. Teenagers screaming shouting banging running along corridor half dressed. Where were security?
