    Very good stay
    Staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent.
    Many roads were on diversion and it was very difficult to access the hotel by road without knowing the configuration of the road systems. Clear directions and guidance need to be provided.

    Clean and welcoming. I left my towel behind and the hotel is sending it to me in the post. Very nice reception staff and was very helpful and when we complained regarding the maid. The girl apologised to me and I was grateful.
    The maid knocking on the door 3 times waking us up, walking in the room shouting and knocking. Even before us checking out at 11am we couldnt have a lie in after 10 shifts at working and excited for a lie in.
