Very good

Weve stayed here a few times, never not enjoyed it so will be back.

We turned up 2 hours early and was able to check into the room. Check out was 12.00 So no need to rush in the morning. Was able to order breakfast to the room.

Quality of breakfast wasnt great, and a bit chaotic in main dining area but Ill put this down to how busy it was so ordered it to the room next day. No bath in the room.

Nancy on reception took very good care of use especially when I mentioned it was my birthday Our room was a refurbished twin room which was lovely was great having a late checkout. We had drinks in the sky bar was given a glass of fizz & indoor firework the waiter was very professional & attentive.

Great location, handy (but expensive) car park, clean, great cocktail bar in hotel

Room was disappointing - small details missing which although not important, made things feel quite cumbersome. For example; no coat pegs, no mirror next to the plugs where you would be using a hairdryer, actually only two plugs available in the whole room, no plugs by the bed. Limited lighting in the room, floor to ceiling window would have allowed for natural light, however when getting ready on an evening we were doing so in dim lamp lighting.

Enjoyable, food, room and service great but bed is an issue.

The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Everything was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection. The roof top bar was excellent with good service and views.

One major thing was the bed. It was VERY FIRM!!! Unfortunately not comfortable at all, unlike many other major hotel chains now. This would put many people off staying a second time which is a shame as it is a really nice hotel, in a great location, with great staff. But if youre not getting a good nights sleep then people will look elsewhere.
