    NYE at the novatel.
    Great room size! Ritual bath products were lovely. We had a sofa and a bed, which made it feel more cosy. There are lots of lighting options. There was a fridge, iron extra pillows and blankets. 2 showers and a nice size bath! The pillows and bed were comfy. I would definitely stay again.
    The curtains were black out, but the fitting didn't actually black the light out. But the room was still dark. I only had 2 sachets of coffee, which is one for me and my bf. It would have been lovely to have at least 2 coffees in the morning.

    The TV is quite large and the room is spacious enough room. Excellent hot water pressure from the shower.
    It's not very clean in terms of hygiene. Seems like they didn't change some of the stuff in the room like the mugs (still flaky on the rim), the usb outlet side with reflective detail by the bed has loads of fingerprints all over it. Have to wipe them off before using. The towels are different designs and not exactly white (more to yellowish white). Fridge is not cold (seems broken) and most importantly, no hotel slippers even after I have requested for them. They just replied that they just don't have them which is odd because hotel slippers is pretty standard for hotel amenities. Drinking water is provided in can not bottle. Overall not a very pleasant experience I must say.

    Novotel is ideal for a long weekend stay.
    Large room with everything you could need. Great location for shopping trip. Excellent breakfast.

    customer service is very poor, the reception workers dont smile dont seem to care about your stay, you call them they dont answer I asked for house keeper to clean our room, they didnt turn up
