    The Hampton by Hilton Newcastle has clean and well-decorated rooms, although some facilities are undergoing renovation. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Some guests found the lack of draft product (Read More)s in the bar and the music to be frustrating. However, the breakfast was good but felt disjointed. The hotel's location is fantastic, though the entrance can be hard to find. Overall, a great stay for the price, with recommendations to improve certain aspects for a 5-star rating.

    A wonderful stay. Would recommend.
    The staff were all very friendly and always acknowledged us and greeted us. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Shower was fantastic and all the toiletries were lovely and as I'd forgotten mine, very useful. The breakfast was really good, alot fo choice and to a good standard. The location is ideal and near all key areas of Newcastle.
    Only minor issue was that our toilet door didn't lock but it was a non issue for us.

    Liam and mark the staff who were on nights when we were there were absolutely amazing and brilliant. The morning staff were a bit more rigid but professional. But couldnt fault mark and Liam thankyou for making our stay as nice and welcoming as you guys did. Property was clean good and amazing staff

    Breakfast wasn't has good this visit no bacon, eggs , cheese we did ask why just got told " I didn't do the ordering " still no reflection on our stay

    Great hotel for the price
    Staff were very pleasant we had requested an early check in which was honoured. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Location also very good
    Our floor was quite noisy during the night, people slaming doors constantly and also knocking on doors during the night. We had a family room with a child so it wasn't ideal. But thats obviously due to other rude guests. I couldn't fault the hotel itself.
