My stay here was awesome. Complimentary breakfast for all guests included. The make your own waffle was fantastic. Great location, extra lift to the harbour. Close to shops. The room was cozy.. and we could choose thermostat settings (cool/heat etc). Paper with instructions when you check in is a plus
The fridge didn't cool up, maybe we probably didn't know how to use

The big window on the fourth floor fantastic view of the harbour. Location.
Car parking was too far away nowhere to stop outside the hotel traffic warden on you straight away. No windows in the room so got very stuffy. Had to keep ringing down to reception to turn the air-conditioning on, as it did not work in the room on the controller. Breakfast was cold if you went down after 8:30.It was a last minute booking for us but its not for us

Great hotel only let down by below par breakfast
Its a fairly new building so was in really good condition throughout and very crisp and clean
We stayed on NYE Loud music past 2am Went for breakfast at 9 and all of the hot food was actually barely warm

Enjoyable we stayed for the New Years Eve party.
The rooms were modern and clean with air on.
No carpark we ended up parking in the multi-storey carpark as we couldnt find the harbour carpark.

Christmas , New Year trip.
Staff , food and general facilities.
The entrance to Harbour level often had people begging outside . Car parking was a issue when loading and unloading.

Would stay again , lovely on trend hotel.
As previously high standard in every respect. Beautiful soft towels and gorgeous bed linen. Comfy bed like sleeping on a cloud.
Great breakfast but no fried eggs available at breakfast. Boiled or scrambled only.
