    Terrible experience. Never coming back to this place again.
    The location was good. It was close to downtown Napa, and to the Meritage Hotel, where we celebrated New Year's Eve. The lady who was bringing breakfast items out was nice. The breakfast itself was nothing to brag about. Everything was of the cheapest quality.
    Our room was terrible. The window did not open, the AC was loud, green blinking light right above my bed kept me awake all night. The air in the room was stale regurgitated dirty air. The air in the hallway with dirty carpets dirt and dust was a better quality. The carpets were dirty. Loud construction work was going on early in the morning. The ceiling panels in the hallway were open and dust and dirt were falling on our heads. The place looked like a bomb had exploded in it. We tried to spend as much time outside as we could. I asked to be changed to a different room, and I was told rather condescendingly "Those rooms cost more!" Even though last year I booked the same type of room for the same days, and paid about the same...They just did not want to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast was, meh,

    The bed was comfortable, at night it was quiet. Location was very good for our needs this trip.
    Construction was going on at 8am on a Saturday. Breakfast was eh, egg white frittata; with bell peppers was the only fairly healthy option, but had bell peppers which dont digest well. Plain hard boiled eggs would have been a better option for some. But the most irritating is there was a $15 parking fee, this was not mentioned in the Booking.com info. The hotel was very pricey for what it was but we understood its Napa, but saw no reason to tack on a parking fee as there were so many spaces and many businesses in the same huge lot that Im sure there is no shortage of parking.

    Close to downtown and shopping centers within walking distance.
    Accessibility. Cleanliness. Staff helpful.
    Kitchen could have been better. Fridge was smaller than most suites at other hotels that dont charge for a fridge and microwave. I paid more for this suite. We stayed at Best Westerns along the trip, and all of them had a fridge and microwave included. Some even had a range and sink for no extra charge.

    The negatives were minor in comparision to the hotel location and room comforts.
    Location was perfect for our traveling to other nearby locations. Breakfast was ok, met our needs.
    Carpet and bathroom needs updating. Seal around shower was door was hanging off. Shelves for soap and other items coming loose.

    We have stay at a lot of Hampton Inns, not sure if we will continue.
    Location
    Breakfast, TV was not working properly, ran out of supplies. Room above us was very noisy. Charged for parking.
