However, the hotel's restaurant (Read More), MaryElizabeth, received negative feedback. On the positive side, the hotel offers convenient Tesla EV charging spots and has helpful and professional staff. There were some noise disturbances due to roadworks, but overall the amenities and bed quality were satisfactory. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring downtown Napa and nearby wineries.

    I would stay again if some changes were made. We seemed rushed to leave exactly at noon.
    Clean and well staffed
    The parking should be included for guests paying $200 a night or more. Shows a level desperation or deception. I know its printed on the website but we shouldnt have to comb over small details like that just include it in the price. My room key was void right at noon or shortly before is that normal?

    Breakfast was good. The location is a short Uber ride to downtown Napa.
    The minute I walked into the Lobby I had issues. The staff tried their best but your policy of a DOG friendly hotel in every room is a deal killer for us. I have asthma. The minute I walked in the room I had a fuzzball in my throat and started wheezing. My husband coughed all night. The team at the hotel was helpful and had the room fully cleaned for the second night stay so the situation was a lot better but going forward I cannot stay at your hotel unless you are able to add some non-pet rooms for guests with asthma.

    Prompt handling of requests by staff. All staff were friendly with a smile to greet you.
    A cross between a very good large motel with capacity of a small hotel. Didnt always enjoy breakfast ordered.

    Very nice hotel but make sure you ask them to clean your room.
    Great hotel, great amenities, close enough to Napa center. We had lots of fun in the hotel.
    Our room was not cleaned. apparently we had to specifically ask to get our room cleaned. This was not told to us but only mentioned in the wifi pass note. We didn't know that and our room was left dirty the day after. When we turned to the reception they did help us with replacement towels but it was still dirty.
