Overall great stay!

Location was great, staff was very friendly, and everything was clean.

The bathroom doors kept popping open and had no latch or lock! The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows werent soft or dense enough.

Easy to find directory off the freeway . The maintenance man was a very lovely person!

Breakfast over before time we were told at check-in. Card for door not activated at check-in. Basic sloppy mistakes.

Columbus is the halfway point in our travels east and the Hampton Inn met our expectations for rest.
