The staff were welcoming and (Read More) friendly, with special mentions for Tammy G and Tammy D. The continental breakfast had a good selection and the hotel was in a walkable area near restaurants, shopping, and a river walk. Overall, guests felt safe, taken care of, and would stay again.

The hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed, ie.... great food, great drinks, and great scenery.
The balcony overlooked the valet parking.

Paying for parking. Hotel hard to find plus parking garage is very big and no parking space identified that you park in.
