    The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greenville Downtown is praised for its great location in the center of downtown and its modern design. The breakfast dining room is spacious with plenty of food opti (Read More)ons. However, some guests experienced issues with the flavored water station and slow hot water in the rooms. The AC was loud, requiring ear plugs or turning it off. Overall, guests recommend the hotel and appreciate the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and polite staff. The valet service and complimentary breakfast are also highly regarded.

    Location is fantastic! Decorating was lovely. Felt safe and at home.

    We love the location of the Hotel. We also love the atmosphere and design of the hotel.
    We didnt have our room cleaned the entire time of our stay, even when we asked. We had to even ask for towels everyday.

    JP incredible. Front desk helpful.
    Super Friendly and helpful staff except for bar area. Very rude staff. No smiles, asked me to notify Front desk to restock water and cups. Rude to member of our travel group when she was trying to order a drink. They were apparently understaffed. One guy said he couldnt mix drinks but 10 min later he was mixing drinks.
    Water temp was terrible. No hot shower for multiple rooms the entire trip. Where was family game room? Fire pit not lit during the day. Double charged for valet parking. Couldnt find reservation at first.

    Well-appointed, safe, comfortable, beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer!
    The ambience of the hotel was peaceful and beautiful. The furnishings in the lobby were classy, and we were there while the gingerbread houses were on display. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
