    No one to check us in, room temperature was set at 64 with a snow storm outside, pillows need replacing, at 8am the parking lot wasn't plowed.

    Staff was absolutely amazing. Couldnt have been more accommodating and friendly-the staff was amazing. They were friendly they were accommodating they made you feel like family would definitely stay there again anytime

    There for a funeral, was alright but expected more for the cost
    It was fair, thought the selections were spar e
    The pool was unexpectedly closed. Friday and Saturday ha some loud guests shouting in the hallways after midnight.

    An okay stay for a night's rest while travelling, probably wouldn't stay longer.
    It was a convenient stop on our vacation trip back from Maine due to it being located literally right of the highway.
    We ended up on the 5th floor, and after getting up there found that neither key card actually worked, and had to trek all the way back down to replace them. There was a huge gap under and around the door where light from the hallway was clearly visible into the room, and quite a few loud people in the hallway throughout the night and the noise travelled right in as well. Elevator felt a bit questionable. Definitely in need of some updating, and could have used a chair/lamp or something in the empty space on the far side of the second bed toward the wall.
