Very disappointing end to a months holiday. The worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Certainly the worst through Booking.

Good size rooms

Staff rude and unhelpful. 4 night stay and room only cleaned once and beds NEVER made! Complimentary breakfast poor. They ran out of plastic knives and told us to spread our butter with the back of a spoon! Refused to acknowledge my Booking.com reservation no. Demanding a Hilton reservation number despite bombarding me with emails via Booking.com about digital check in - which wasnt in use anyway. They do not arrange transport to Miami airport but one member of staff did agree to help with this. Fealty Towers par excellence! No safe in the room,

Complimentary breakfast, staff very helpful. Location is perfect across the road from the mall, cinema and very good bar/restaurant, The Whole Enchilada.

Room had a very musty damp smell.

Free beverages (coffee, flavored water) throughout whole day. Pool area to relax. Sufficient parking space. I didn't use it, but they have a nice gym. They accept cash.

I travelled with a group, but had preferred to rather go somewhere else. It was my fourth stay in this hotel over the last years. I stayed in different rooms on different floors and know what I am talking about. Shuttle bus to Ft. Lauderdale that existed before is no longer offered. The hotel is run-down. Old carpets, walls need paint, bathrooms are not modern/suitable/contemporary. The entire hotel has a brownish, oppressive 80/90's ambiance. I assume that the hotel has a problem with mold. There are fans and devices installed all over the place (lobby, 3rd floor) to scent the air. Two years ago I needed to change rooms as it had a bad smell of mold from the A/C. This time my room had a welcome smell of urine. Maybe it was not in my room, but I believe there is a plumbing problem. The toilet bowl in my bathroom was loose. Housekeeping is done every other day. I stayed there three nights. They did not come at all. I recommend to wear ear plugs at night. (Applies for 3rd floor, four rooms away from from elevator) The noise from elevators, ventilation and ice machine is heard and may disturb your sleep. I payed approx. USD 200 per night. The price is a rip off regarding a value-for-money ratio. Prices may have been higher as usual because Miami Dolphins played that weekend. To compare, I stayed in a very nice hotel with only best ratings for less than USD 200 at Miami South Beach.
