Your staff was VERY rude and over booked. They didnt care that we traveled 4 hours to stay at there hotel for a concert and wanted us to walk from a hotel over 13 miles away to the concert because they overbooked rooms.

The location was great for the quilt festival at the convention center. The staff were great.

The electrical outlets in our room did not work except for one , so hard to charge all our phones and tablets.

Great experience. I will choose them again and I will sure refer my friends travelling to Houston.

Spaciously rooms, nice gym for work outs, proximity to my work place (Houston Convention Centre), The breakfast was rich and generous. The staff especially front desk were polite responsive and helpful. The wifi was also good and fast. All round satisfactory experience. God value for my hard earned money.

Superb

Close to the Convention Center at a good price with free breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious and free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. I would stay here again.

The first night, my fitted sheet was too small for my bed and popped off but I was too tired to complain. They were fixed. The rooms were cleaned every 2 nights. The road noise was loud even on the 10th floor.

Close to our event.

Waiting for staff to check in. Then we were given a room that was already occupied! Then when we finally got a new room, the bathroom had soap or something thick and slippery on the floor near toilet. I almost slipped and fell! Paid way too much for this disappointment.
