    Great couple days with the family in Indy!
    We were in town for the Pacers game so location was great as the arena was just down the block to the right.
    Beds were not as comfortable as other Hampton Inn properties.

    Across the street from the mall. One block away from Gainbridge.
    Valet was the slowest Ive ever had anywhere.

    Great location and very friendly staff!
    Staff was super nice. Everyone seemed to care about their jobs. Hot shower. Nice variety of items for breakfast, lots of extras. Perfect place to stay to walk to concert, shopping and several restaurants to choose from.
    Did not realize there were blackout curtains behind filmy curtains (and drapes did not close) so room was super bright all night. Could not sleep. Staff admitted many people dont see them, that they are an option to close them. This needs changed.

    The hotel is very centrally located with a great choice of restaurants nearby
    The Wild Beaver Saloon across the street is VERY loud (we were on the 8th floor and it sounded like they were in our room). A lot of traffic noise late at night. Maybe sound deadening curtains would help? I know its not the hotels fault, but it was very annoying and impossible to sleep.

    No Room service to clean my room. I stayed 2 nights so I was disappointed my bed was not made, dirty towels were not removed and room and bathroom were not cleaned.

    We got there and no place to park to sign in. Had to go 2 blocks and pay 30 dollars to park. Lug our suitcases 2 blocks in the rain. Our rooms were not all ready. We asked for ajoining rooms. All really far away or different floors. Every time we left to go somewhere we had to pay 30 dollars. Rooms were dirty, campets dirty. Breakfast was terrible. This was our family Get away for Christmas to see Christmas lights and shop and go to Polar Express. The noise kept everyone awake. Lots of drunks and fighting. Not pleased and tried to cancel front desk was not friendly or helpful. I want a refund.

    The location to attractions in the downtown area was great.
    The cost of valet parking. I had to pay extra to keep my vehicle in the parking garage even though I had to check out of the hotel for the football game on Sunday. You should offer a package rate.
