The Tru By Hilton in Indianapolis Downtown offers wonderful rooms with comfortable beds and great views. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with special mentions to Lily and Remington for their (Read More) exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located near Lucas Oil Field and various dining options, making it highly recommended for those wanting to be downtown. The only minor issues mentioned were a musty smell in the room and a lack of hanging space for clothes. Overall, a great stay with excellent service.

Relaxed and comfortable

Breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of almost every place, I wanted to visit.

A little bit of everything

Easy to get to, convenient parking. Minutes from lucas oil stadium, Minutes from bars n fast food place

No microwave or coffee pot inside room. You had to do that at the front desk area.

Good choice for those who want to stay downtown.

Modern style, good size room and bathroom, good heat and A/C.

The faucet in the bathroom sink was very loose. Somewhat difficult to operate.

Nice place, great location, but some heating/ac issues.

Very close to the stadium, clean and nice, and staff was great!

The heating/ac unit didnt turn off at the set temp so it was nonstop heat, ac, or nothing and the walls were thin.

The hotel was all together cute. I enjoyed the dry erase boards with facts ab the city & tourist interests on it.

The price of parking and the fact there wasnt a microwave in the room.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!! Simple, yet satisfying. Selection for all tastes... plenty of beverages, too. Very clean, modern appearance. Nice lounge/activity area around reception. Also, there are plenty of snacks and other items available for purchase. Plenty of outlets(ac/usb) in room. Blinds very good in keeping out brightness. Plenty of storage in room without need for a closet. Easy to get to from highway and is walking distance to many sights of interest. In/out parking privileges, but see below.

TV reception in room needs improvement. Any sports broadcast kept breaking up digitally. Even the streaming had slight pauses. There were signs displayed throughout asking to respect quiet hours 10p-9a, but heard noisy guests up to 2a on the Friday. Doors slam too easily. Could hear when other guests coming/going, and in surrounding rooms. I don't know what these people are doing! Heater made loud clicking at times...would just shut it off so not to bother sleep. Not a fan of the liquid soap. Prefer a larger ironing board. Came back Saturday night, and there no spots left to park. Is there a way to control this?***they did refund my payment for the day, and I found parking close-by on the street.

Very very Good!!!

Great location for what we were doing the 2 days, Breakfast was good and lots to choose from !! I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to downtown!!! I also like that you can book it on booking with the free cancellation and pay at the property! Also had a parking garage!!
