We started with not being able to use the digital key feature which ok not the end of the world but made it inconvenient because we were on a time crunch and I had to make sure to get a key from the front desk and get to where we were going on time. We could smell the food from the breakfast in our room both mornings. It was like I was actually in the kitchen it was so strong. Not the most appealing smell when you are trying to get ready for your day. We were out all day and came back to a room that had not been cleaned or made up. We had no towels left. I went to the front desk and was told by 1 person that they don't make up rooms and I had to request it if I wanted my room cleaned 24 hours in advance. Which is absurd to me. And never told to me at check in or upon booking. Then he went to get me towels for our room. Another front desk person asked me what I needed and she told me they only clean the rooms every other day. Well since I'm only here 2 nights I apparently get a cleaned or made-up room or clean towles. This is ridiculous for the amount of money I am spending per night to stay here. I had written all of this to the person who texted me asking about my stay and I received no response.
