The location was great we were able to walk easily everywhere we wanted for food and museums. The staff was efficient and friendly!
Beds were comfy, size of the room was a little bit on the small side but we had enough space for 3 suitcases, hanging our clothes etc.
The rooftop is nice ( if you are allowed to hang there )
A bummer that people who are staying in the hotel are not allowed to go to the rooftop on new years Eve. They allowed only people who paid premium prices to reserve a table with pre selected alcohol. Thats a shame honestly and I would suggest to still allow your hotel guests to be able to have a drink during NYE. Otherwise whats the point to choose this hotel during these festivities. I would not recommand people to book this place if your wish is to be able to hang on the rooftop for these kind of celebrations.

All in all a good stay
Ms Hang, the customer relationship manager, was absolutely great. Always on the spot and always full of information. Well done. Also the rooftop staff provided great service. Decent breakfast for a 3 star hotel.
The cleanliness of the room was moderate. Long black hair in the bathroom, which is a bit of a downer. What else don't we see. Also why don't have hotel rooms a bottle opener or a wine glass. Little amenities go a long way.

La Siesta Located in old town, accurate cleaning, all beds super comfortable with topper, eco-friendly company ( no traces of plastic in the room!), the duplex suite and rooftop bar are definitly a 5 star experience for a good price ! Amazing 360 view of Hanoi unfortunately blurred by smog, as in almost every Capital of the world sadly.
