    Comfy cottages with friendly hosts
    Very friendly host who gave clear instructions as to where to park and find the cottage/keys. I was a bit late arriving so didn't see the host but spoke to them on the phone, and they are very nice people! Thankyou for the comfortable stay at short notice.

    Very pleasant stay.
    Good selection of cerials, tea and coffee, would have liked butter and some bread.
    A lovely little villa but heating needed improving. We struck some cold weather and heating insufficient to deal with cold conditions.

    Character cottage close to Havelock North
    Great little quiet character cottage. Roomy with comfortable beds and lots of nice touches. Lovely breakfast.
    A little cold at first, but ok once heated. Needed a few more glasses.

    The location was great, close to the places we were visiting. The rooms were clean and tidy. The lounge and bedrooms were a good size. Heating was good. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking.
    The amenities were not up to expectations, (not enough toilet paper-soon rectified when phoned owners). Ben is going to look into the lighting which kept flicking off and on. There was mention of breakfast available in other reviews, but was sadly lacking for us?? Being fussy now, and even though it was Autumn, we felt the leaves could have been tidied off the porch and outdoor seating area.

    Ben & Krissie are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to accommodate. there was no power due to the cyclone, but this had zero impact on the accommodation and there hospitality. beautiful cottage, comfortable and homely. Norm the dog is an added bonus. thank you for the perfect stay under the stress youre under.
