    Perfect, cozy
    The entire place gives a comfortable atmosphere and its all very clean. When I entered the room, I was stunned. The room was perfect and the staff were nice. They also allow pets! Location is very close to restaurants and stores, less than 1 hour drive to Reno, and if you have an electric vehicle there are chargers very close to the property. Overall, I had No complaints. I would 100% stay here again.

    The location and price were the reason we booked the hotel, and then just hoped for the best. the kitchen was remodeled and clean and had a nice convection oven, but it would have been nice to have a burner. all appliances and necessary items were in the kitchen the cleaning crew were very spontaneous.
    The heating system was terrible. The bathroom and kitchen area have no heat. the windows do not have shades which block out the light, so you must sleep with light all night we even tried putting up blankets, that did not help lastly, it was a little too strict with the check in wait until 3pm.. even though the rooms were ready. but after that unneeded wait, the front desk was very hospitable.

    One hour after check-in time the room wasn't ready yet. The lady tried to justify it due to the fact that they were busy the night before, then blamed us for booking on same day, then on Booking.com for receiving our reservation on the arrival date (we booked the previous month and they also replied to our messages a few days before arrival). We asked to use a bathroom in the meanwhile and the lady said that there weren't any available. There are dozens of options in the area, you can easily find something better.

    The room was not like the picture I feel like they gave me the left over. There was hair on the bathroom walls. I dont know management asked if I had a pet and I said no and honestly I feel like they gave us a pet room because it was an ugly room like you can tell they didnt care about their furniture.

    I liked the location. The spa tub was awesome! I liked that they accepted dogs very clean and modern
    I didn't like the check in guy, he had a bit of an attitude he wasn't very informative, didn't even tell me where the ice machine was. (Never found it) when I checked out and asked for a reciept It didn't have the total for everything. The beds were stiff and the cable TV kept glitching.
