Big thank you to Manager George who handled my issues; Cate for being a kind host and Josephat at the reception always with a big smile on his face. We had a splendid time and I will be back soon majaliwa!
Only that at half board there were no preselected complimentary drinks or at least discounted but that is a me issue I will be prepared next time.

Great location, nice rooms but will think twice before visiting again.
Staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was uninspiring, standard fare. We were there over a weekend when a business group was also on the premises. It appears the management did not fully prepare for the high occupancy. The stir fry run out!
They have a great bar but its not used much. I believe their prices put people off. Didnt enjoy being the only or among very few patrons using it. Denied us the chance to meet new people. They should lower their bar prices plus introduce specials whenever they have good occupancy.
