Lovely decor, fantastic location. Great equipment. Good temperature. Easy to find.
There are no lifts, so it is no convenient to persons carrying pranks or with reduced mobility.

The apartment was really cleverly designed to ensure adequate living space, it was clean and had everything you needed for a short, medium or long stay. The location was great, in the centre but down a small side street so actually really quiet at night, close to all shops, restaurants and attractions.
Communal areas could do with a refresh, carpets were marked, but I am literally clutching at straws to find a negative!

Disappointing - we asked for a refund when we arrived but the staff were abrupt and declined
It was very central and well located
The staff were unhelpful, it was tiny - far too small and didnt reflect the photos - and a 40 charge for cleaning. Not comfortable at all and no wardrobe. It was very noisy at night.

Friendly staff excellent location facilities were great.
Stairwell carpet looked like it had various dubious spillages which let it down as a first impression.

Wonderful apartment - can't wait to go back
Fantastic central location. Beautiful apartment. Both bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. Lovely quality bedding and bathroom products. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful place to stay, will definitely visit again
Great location amazing views from the penthouse rooftop & hot tub
Would have been nice to have complimentary water, robes for the hot tub, box of tissues in bedrooms & a selection of coffee pods for the machine. Had to use 2 pods to get a full cup.

Really well thought out space for the 4 of us whose ages ranged from 15 to 76!
Great location for on foot exploring and Xmas market. Also very helpful when I accidentally threw belongings in the bin! Retrieved and posted back to me. Thank you!
