Wonderful accommodation close to the heart of historic downtown Bath.

Very convenient for downtown Bath activities. Very comfy & clean. Staff are super friendly. Great accommodation without being outrageously expensive. Breakfast basket delivered to our room was a lovely touch. Thank you.

Not worth the money.

The fish restaurant opposite it.

My room was very hot. It was on the 5 th floor. The tv didnt work when I arrived and I had to walk back down the flights of stairs to ask them to fix it. Breakfast was a basket hung on your door at 8am containing mainly yogurt and fruit. If you wanted a cooked breakfast it was 9 more on top of what you had already paid. Parking was advertised at the Hotel but all spaces were full so had to spend a further 40 to pay in the car park a bit of a walk away Their was stickers on the toiletries asking you not to take them thus assuming you would.. my toilet roll was not replaced at all and I had to resort to using the box of tissues.. There was no mirror above the table near any plug points to see to style your hair or do make up. I felt my stay was as contactless as possible.. making it easier for the hosts.

Everything a 'boutique' hotel should be but very rarely is.

Lovely atmosphere and welcome - well appointed but not fussy. The bed wasn't covered with too many cushions that you didn't know what to do with them!

If we had known we could have dropped off luggage and passengers in the car park area opposite that would have been useful.
