    Nice big room, comfy bed, clean communal area with tea/coffee making facilities, good communication with host.
    10am checkout is a little early, 11am.would be better especially considering check in isn't till 3pm.

    The efficiency of the communication of the owner and the lit up passage and key safe. It is just outside the controlled zone for parking. You can't park at the house as it's on the main road and as we arrived at 4pm there was plenty of parking nearby. The buses are very easy to use and cheap. The use of the kitchen with plenty of beverages is great. The PIR lights in the stairwells is a really great idea.
    The sheet that was put on the bed was too small for the bed and kept coming off. The shower head bracket was broken.

    1600 check-in was a late one when we had been traveling for 24hrs

    Steep stairs, shower head couldn't be adjusted, messages that were insistent that if you overstayed your time allocation you would be charged. Facilities shared..etc...etc
