The Hilton Auckland is a fantastic hotel with excellent amenities and services. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast is amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hot (Read More)el offers great views of the harbor. The location is convenient, with the CBD and shops within walking distance. The heated outdoor pool is a nice addition, and the in-room dining options are delicious. The only minor downsides are the noise from boat horns for ocean-facing rooms and the walk to the hotel from the viaduct. Overall, it is highly recommended for both business and family stays.

We wont stay there the next time bcos of the location.

Service was good.

The ocean views were blocked by the huge cruise ship calling at the site next to the hotel: complete blockage. Huge disappointment. Dont go for the view. Also the area felt industrial bcos of the cruise ship loading/unloading and the general vibes of the area is not ideal.

Good

Buffet breakfast was nice, room was clean, and was tidy amd comfortable. Amenities were minimal but ok for a one night stay over although a sink for washing dishes or utensils would have been handy... especially for the price.

Did not like the fact that other hotel room balconies all connected together, wo if I had our room sliding door open and one of the neighbouring Tennant's could walk straight past and see in our room. Could also hear the couple next to us having a great time .............. so not very sound proof lol.

The room is very average due to the column and the cost of the room. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor as well. This is not acceptable for 400 dollars a night.

My enjoyed my 3 night stay, particularly the food, comfortable bed and interesting water activity.

Room service exceptionally good with reasonable menu availability, meal well set out and tasty. Service was prompt and good that you could call for tray pick-up. Loved the sea view, the activity on the water and the magic of the cruise ships gliding in and out right beside the hotel. So very quiet too. Plenty of staff available in foyer to help or answer questions.Comfortable seating in the bar and lovely view. Good size deck to sit and watch the action Easy walk to shopping mall.
