Rooms were lovely, and facilities were up to par.

Staff went rude but were very unfriendly. Location is not amazing due to beggars catching you as you leave the building

Overnight stay for Orioles game

Great location, nice enough

Horrible parking - took one hour to park and check in. It was very chaotic and staff could not handle it. They blamed it on game day but clearly they have games and events all the time. They really need a better system and better management. Desk staff was a mixed bag. We received keys for a room # that did not exist! Very frustrating after all the parking nonsense. The issue was quickly rectified.

Ruined!!

Very nice hotel & location

Parking garage was completely blocked due to baseball game. It took us over an hour to get someone to allow us to park. We were in town to go to a baseball game for my grandsons birthday gift. Due to parking issue we were 20 minutes late for the game. Ruined the trip for us and no one at this hotel seems to care at all. We will NOT be staying at a Hilton facility on our next trip!
