This hotel is unfortunately not upto normal Hilton standards. It was a big disappointment.
The location was great and very central. Close to plenty of restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops. Though central there was no noise. Has a good view of the castle from one side of the hotel.
The pool was very small and dirty. Not up to standards on hygiene. We had selected the hotel just because it had a pool so that the children could swim. The pool was so dirty even the children wanted to get out.

Excellent Hotel
Cleanliness excellent; beds are comfortable, we slept really well. Staff very friendly and professional. Location excellent, close to everything in town: castle, shops, clubs, coffee shops, restaurants, Christmas market, Cardiff market. Really impressive quality soft furnishing and design in the bedroom and public areas. Really happy to realise that we made the right choice by choosing this Hotel for our stay in Cardiff! Thank you!
