The staff was very nice, they really made the experience awesome!
The ADA room had way too much furniture in it. The bathroom was not ADA, had to use the lobby bathroom.
The pool chair lifts need repair.

Nice location. Friendly valet & bar staff.
Valet parking was an unnecessary service. We could see our car from the front door of the hotel. The $29 per day plus tips added up to be quite an additional cost. Front desk staff wasnt overly friendly upon check in & check out. We were not asked how our stay was.

Pool service, location and beachfront
Hotel bar does not offer all TV Channels and we were not able to watch a globally important game on ESPN Sports. A hotel chain like Hilton should not be having this service problem, first time I see this in many years of travel.
