Very good

This is a great location but breakfast experience was disappointing.

It is beautiful. Staff on deck was super nice and attentive.

Dirty carpet in our roomnot enough staff during breakfast breakfast is definitely not worth $20 per person

We have stayed here in the past and liked the convenience of shopping and restaurants

There were electrical outlets without faceplates and other outlets that were so loose that I was nervous to use. There was no microwave in the room. The coffee machine was slow and inconvenient for using personal travel mugs. When asked for additional pillows they delivered pillow cases without pillows. We had just left a Hampton in Athens and had a wonderful experience and this was a let down.

Ideal location near shopping and airport on eastside of Columbus.

the electric went out, power outage and had to move hotels, it was a bad experience and not what i wanted to i wanted to relax, shop @ Easton instead i shuffled around and finally ended up at the airport. the hotel they put in LoftI think it was, not my style.

the power staying on, no lights for emergency exits, it was scary and I called fire department. Never in a million years did I Think a Hilton would not comply with building codes for emergency exits. I felt like I was in a third world country

Nice hotel. Im glad my company paid for it.

The location could not have been better. There was a boatload of shopping and restaurants right across the street.

They were doing some work on the hotel when I was there and there was a chemical smell in my room. I assume it was related to the work being done. Also, there was a problem with the rowing machine in the gym.

High priced, filthy room with little effort to correct the issues.

The hotel looks nice with lots of amenities.

Room was dirty on multiple surfaces. Toilet was running all night, and faucet on bathroom sink is broken. Receptionist offered to clean the room but my children were already sleeping, next best thing was to clean the next morning. I'm staying one night, so essentially they offered to clean it better for the next guest.

The location and the amenities available. The room was quiet.

There was no bar soap for the sink when we arrived in the room. We had to ask for soap. There were stains in the carpet, the furniture was showing some wear and some of the surfaces in the room were dusty.
