exceeded expectations :) everything at fingertips/ courteous staff

location, close to many shops etc, , picturesque view from balcony to ocean, night lights were just as beautiful, staff was courteous, accommodated us at every request , we loved the full kitchen, second bathroom and the jacuzzi tub in the room. i felt secure because there was a elevator floor key and the door had an inside bolt and security latch. super quiet. could have heard a mouse. oh we also liked that there were two separate rooms and tow separate balconies that adjoined. and super huge closet space, (ive never even witnessed a hotel with a walk in closet like that). We ordered out for food and the hotel provided us with kitchen supplies like plates forks and spoons , plus cleaning supplies. we enjoyed our stay.

I was very disappointed we had to deal with while spending this kind of money on a room.

Staff were amazing. Property not! Filthy floors in our room turning our feet black. Dirty jacuzzi that had no hot water. Horrid banging & drilling and scrapingrepairing a room next to us instead of waiting till we left.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Pool was great.

Lounge chairs included in the resort fee but not the umbrella, paying 30$ for umbrella was a rip off. Parking fee 55$ per night. Despite paying resort fee upfront through booking.com hotel charged me again for resort fee. They returned it once I complained.

I will Never stay anywhere else when visiting Fort Lauderdale. We were already looking up dates to come back. Everything was great. The text feature to communicate with staff members is brilliant and so convenient. Everyone was so polite and kind. I love that theres beach service even though its across the street. I loved our room. I could go on for days honestly. I read read at least 50 reviews before I book a hotel so I want to be as blunt as possible to anyone who does the same. Do yourself a favor, stop scrolling. Book now. We couldnt have asked for more.

The staff was attentive and always with a good attitude. The location was great as well! The building was clean and the views from the wrap around balcony was beautiful. I would recommend this location and Hilton for anyone staying on the beach.
