    We were traveling for a few days and just moved from another hotel, where we had a terrible experience even after we checked out. Staying At Hilton Garden Inn was like coming back to a normal life with a professional and friendly staff. Thank you for rebuilding our confidence in hotel industry, seriously.

    We went out for breakfast to a special breakfast place in Chattanooga.
    Parking was a bit of a problem as they use a public parking lot which is only dedicated after 6 pm. We had 3 rooms and they were not able to put us together. 1 room on 5th floor. 2 rooms way apart on 2nd floor.

    Excellent affordable hotel close to so many fun things to do in Chattanooga.
    Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. Indoor pool is small but our son loved it. Next door to the childrens museum and a block or two from the Aquarium.
    The beds were bit too soft. Our kids slept fine but my husband and I wished they were a bit firmer.

    Loved the location and the staff was really nice, attentive.
    Paid ALOT for parking, not enough spaces for everyone. Don't like paying for parking and not having a space available. Paid for breakfast, SAME MENU EVERYDAY. If we would have known it was the same, we would not have paid for it every day. In short, those would be the two things that would have us looking elsewhere next visit. Parking and breakfast option should be included in the cost of the room. Other than that, it was very nice.

    Very expensive but a nice place to stay.
    The location was prime, beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing
    Our room didn't get cleaned when we were there. The price was outrageous for 4 nights.
