    The Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown is a well-maintained hotel with good amenities and a convenient location. Some guests enjoyed the rooftop bar, while others were impressed with the friendly (Read More) and helpful staff, particularly Brenda, Stephanie, and Anthony. The room was described as stunning, although slightly worn. Some minor issues were noted with the lack of towels and blankets, but these were eventually resolved. Despite some drunken guests causing issues, overall it was considered a nice hotel and the guests would stay again.

    It served its purpose.
    The location was great as we booked to be close to the Simmons bank arena, room was quiet and private
    The smell that lingered in the room all day and night Saturday from either pets in the hotel or other guests, it wasnt pleasant. There was also strands of hair in our towels that werent ours. The breakfast was not included free for the stay and parking was a mess. I really wouldnt recommend staying here unless youre ready to pay an arm and a leg.

    The breakfast was good for about 12.00. Eggs were cooked to order.
    Parking. On the Booking.com site it said that it had on site parking, but it didn't say it was valet parking or that it would cost 27,00 a day and if you decide not to chose valet, you must park on the street where parking is very limited and you could be ticketed. We stayed for two nights, so that wound up costing us 52.00. Also, Booking. com billed the room as a Queen Suite which made it sound as if it was larger than a regular Double Queen, but it wasn't. It was just a regular room. Both of these errors were made by Booking.com and while I my continue to use the site, I am always going to call the property first to ask about parking and the room.

    Wonderful location, comfortable bed and bedding, clean. Highly recommend if staying in downtown.
    Perfect location, comfortable beds and bedding, friendly staff. Overall a great experience.
    Stayed for the rooftop bar but unfortunately it was closed for a private event. Not terrible, just a bout of bad luck for us.

    Mandatory valet parking especially when they just moved my car into the back parking lot. I felt I could have done that myself. I wish the indoor pool was heated. It was pretty chilly for it being indoor

    Inaccurate price and amenities by booking.com
    Nice hotel.
    Booking.com gave me a total price of $494 but the hotel charged $200 more, said Booking.com did not take into account daily taxes. Also, booking.com said breakfast was included but the hotel said no breakfast included. This is terrible.
