House keeping us bad. We came in to dishes in the dishwasher, unsure if they were clean I had to run them. I went to cook and when I pulled the pans out from under the cab it they were dirty with grease. They would not leave more than 3 towels and we had 5 people in the room. I went and requested they leave more and I was told its hotel police and I would just have to get more at the rest each day. That was very inconvenient It made the day more hectic every time I needed something to have to ask for it. It should be in the room and provided. I asked for house keeping but was told they only clean every 5th day. With 5 people being in a room you need trash emptied daily, and things replaced. I had to go asked each day for more dishwashing soap, ext. I had to ask for more glasses, and silverware as the room had 2 forks. Yet it was a suit that sleeps 6, so it should be stocked with no less than 6. It had only 4 bowls, 3 glasses, 2 butterknifes, and I could continue on. I had to go ask twice to get enough for my family to be able to eat without washing to allow another to eat.no sheets for the pullout, I had to go request those. Then the pool was close 3 of the days we were there. Part of choosing this hotel was the pool for the kids. One day a came back and couldnt get in. My key had expired. I had to go out front park in loading zone to get another to enter the parking garage. When I ask why my key expired, I was told it was set for my full stay. Another inconvenience with a car full of kids, to have to get everyone out go in make new keys then get everyone back in car to go to parking garage.
