The location is good with food and shopping. The room are spacious. The hotel is clean and facilities in room are well kept. The place is quiet at night.

The selection of TV channels. The narrow street walking space outside the main entrance. The limited seats at the hotel lobby. lack of welcome drinks.

Not happy.

No value for money. When you yield high rates and that's your right... looking at the seasonality, look back at the quality of your property in terms of services and cleanliness.

Cleanliness, dirty towels and amenities. Certainly not a Hilton standard. Staff lacking in basic communication skills and promptness to respond.

Excellent food and convenient location

Staff were nice and friendly, very helpful. Food was excellent and convenient location. The hotel is connected to dfl mall which was great as it had good shops and a variety of restaurants and eateries.

Room service was very slow!! This was disappointing. It also takes a long time to get the shower water temperature right as it is way too hot at the start.

The gym, the pool, the easy access to the mall

the room service overall was very poor. Cleanliness, in-room dining, and laundry services always take too long. Airport taxi, even though reservation was mad the night before, was late. The entire property needs a renovation urgently. The restaurant needs a new master chef. Quality of food is extremely poor.
