This was one if the best experience we had.

The service was exceptional from the gate staff from entry to the room service. Kapil was very nice and always greeted us daily with a smile. He cleaned the room very well. The staff at breakfast was very nice and well trained. We felt welcomed throughout the trip.

Nice hotel to stay in Delhi

I liked the location which is close to the city walk mall and 30 minutes drive to the airport. Easy to move around and easy to find Uber/taxi. I liked breakfast, a lot of choices. Room was great, big, with all the amenities and gear comfy bed, nice view at the pool, mini bar..

Staff were ok. I have been to more hotels around India and experienced better hospitality though.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

All staff were welcoming and very happy to help at anytime. I needed a late check out and they were very obliging. Food was excellent with lots of variety.

Very good

I think with the holiday season abound the hotel is unable to maintain quality of food. I had 2-3 meals there. All were below the standards set by the ITC group hotels.
