Loved the overall property ambience. The lobby experience was amazing esp. the decor, comfortable seating and fragnance.
Check in experience. No staff to assist or attend. You have to stand in the lobby waiting for the front desk staff to complete guest check in. it was a like a que format in which you have to stand.

The comfort of the hotel combined with immense hospitality of the team came together to give us a memorable stay.
Completely renovated. Our suite was very comfortable. The Taj club on the 8th floor was well worth the extra we paid for an executive club room.
Honestly cant think of anything.

Best service and clean property!
Everything was amazing we stayed around 20days and all was so comfortable specially the Taj club stuffs I felt like I was home they all was so nice and takin care of us well. Specially, Mr. Ujjawal Bajaj was so professional, and always got everything we needed he even got our breakfast ready at 5am the day we were checking out since our flight was early. We love Taj hotels in general and cant wait to come back!

Great stay, excellent attentive staff at desk.
Good service and attention to fix my room booking by front desk, Lakshay and Bhagat were of great help. We enjoyed the executive lounge and hotel ambience. Good location which is walkable distance to key markets, India Gate which allowed us an excellent Christmas day.

Good stay bad breakfast
The room was decent and well appointed. The staff was happy to help as needed. Room was comfortable.
The breakfast was a complete disaster. First they told us to sit in open in a cold weather with young kids coz they were holding table for some foreigners who will come in 30 min. We are being discriminated in our own country. The breakfast place was like a make shift arrangement , food quality was bad - almost no variety, eggs were not done well, no bread station , coffee and tea were served cold. Generally a very very poor experience for breakfast - the only meal we had at the hotel. We would not recommend to anyone.
