However, there were two complaints about the unheated pool and one elevator being out of service.     Staff was not pleasant. They did not seem like they wanted to be there and seemed very short with everyone they had a conversation with. Much need customer service. Make people feel wanted not as we are an inconvenience. Try smiling and wanting to help people.

    Parking you shouldn't have to pay 20.00 a night because your rates aren't cheap this alone is disappointing the furniture in room was very outdated and Looked bad
